1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Seedhe platform — including our website, mobile application, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Service

Seedhe is a food delivery platform operating in Delhi NCR that connects customers with restaurants and independent delivery partners. We charge a flat platform fee of ₹20 per order, which goes to Seedhe. In addition, a distance-based delivery fee applies — 100% of which is paid to the delivery partner. We do not mark up menu prices — what the restaurant charges is what you pay.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to restaurant availability and delivery partner availability.
  • Prices displayed on the platform reflect the restaurant's own menu prices.
  • A flat platform fee of ₹20 applies to all orders. A separate distance-based delivery fee (paid entirely to the delivery partner) also applies.
  • Applicable government taxes (GST) will be added to your order total as required by law.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery where available.
  • Once an order is confirmed by the restaurant, cancellation may not be possible. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Delivery

Delivery is performed by independent delivery partners, not Seedhe employees. Estimated delivery times are approximations and may vary based on traffic, weather, order volume, and other factors. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. For Restaurant Partners

  • Restaurant partners must hold valid FSSAI and other applicable food safety licences.
  • Menu prices on Seedhe must match the restaurant's own dine-in or takeaway prices.
  • Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, hygiene, allergen information, and accurate menu descriptions.
  • Seedhe does not charge commission on orders during the initial trial period. Future commission structures, if any, will be communicated with advance notice.

7. For Delivery Partners

  • Delivery partners operate as independent contractors, not employees of Seedhe.
  • The full delivery fee (distance-based, separate from the ₹20 platform fee) is paid to the delivery partner for each completed delivery. Delivery partners can earn up to 30% more per delivery compared to competing food delivery apps.
  • Partners must maintain a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, and insurance as required by law.
  • Partners must comply with all traffic laws and food safety handling practices.
  • Seedhe reserves the right to deactivate partners who consistently receive poor ratings or violate these terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false information in your account or order details.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten restaurants, delivery partners, or other users.
  • Attempt to manipulate pricing, ratings, or reviews.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.
  • Place fraudulent orders or engage in payment fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seedhe acts as an intermediary connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by restaurants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedhe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Seedhe platform — including the name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by Seedhe or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Seedhe will be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
